Apply for trademark registration
After the trademark design, you can apply for trademark registration from the Intellectual Property Department, but this trademark registration right is only applicable to Hong Kong, and you need to apply to another government department in China. The Intellectual Property Department will check whether other companies have similar designs, and if the application is accepted, the relevant service fee will be paid. If the trademark is similar to other companies, we can modify the logo for the customer. The trademark registration fee is $2,000 (for one class of goods or services) and $1,000 for each additional class of goods or services.
