We have stricter requirements for each colleague than other companies. Seeing that most of the flyers on the market are Hea people, even those who are enthusiastic are reluctant to accept them because of their lack of skills.
Former colleagues generally have a higher distribution rate, and some can distribute more than 100 leaflets per hour, and some colleagues can distribute them for 7 consecutive hours. In the early days of new colleagues, the boss will accompany the new colleagues to distribute leaflets, hoping to help them improve their leaflet distribution skills.
Most of our clients are long-term customers, and some have been paying for as many as three years without interruption. Clients include listed companies, tutoring centers, interest classes, restaurants, real estate and some business services such as accounting and software providers.
Our services cover street distribution, building washing, mailbox delivery and shop distribution, flexibly adapting to different promotional activities and promotional objectives. Street pie can be distributed according to the customer’s designated residential or industrial and commercial areas, and remote areas will be charged separately. You can choose to enter public housing, commercial buildings and factory buildings. Districts and even buildings can be selected to maximize your coverage. In addition, we can report to customers on the distribution status of the day in real time. If there is little traffic at the distribution location or the administrator blocks it, we will proactively transfer the location and report it to the customer.
Leaflets are distributed on the streets
When quoting, merchants need to provide distribution locations, how many leaflets each leaflet, how big each leaflet is (e.g., A4/A5), weekdays or holidays, the distribution time is at least 3 hours, and some colleagues can be up to 7 consecutive hours.
When colleagues arrive at the distribution location, they will take photos to provide the current location so that customers can monitor the scene, and customers can try not to harass the distributor from a distance, and if they encounter colleagues who are not available, lazy or have a bad attitude, they can report to the company immediately. We will investigate and dismiss any colleagues who violate or behave inappropriately.
Avoid monitoring time in the last half hour, as colleagues who distribute quickly may start distributing slowly when there are only a few leaflets left. In addition, the observation process should choose the time and location of the high flow of people.
If early morning distribution is arranged, it is recommended to courier the leaflets to the company in advance or deliver them at Diamond Hill MTR Station, and try to give us all the leaflets at once. You can also choose to provide printing and shipping services from us, eliminating the need for cumbersome arrangements and focusing on promotion.
Industrial and commercial buildings and public housing washing
Customers can select the area or designated building where they wish to go upstairs to distribute leaflets according to their needs, so that the promotion coverage is more concentrated and accurate. If the leaflet is distributed near the company or store, colleagues will pick up the leaflets in person on the same day and distribute them immediately. After distribution, if the day is the last day, colleagues will return the remaining leaflets to the company or store. If you need to work across districts, it is recommended to send the leaflet to our company in advance or make an appointment at Gate A1 of Diamond Hill MTR Station to collect it so that colleagues can take it directly to the target location.
Photos will be taken throughout the process to allow customers to clearly see the washed building and coverage. We will negotiate the number of photos and report details according to the customer’s needs to ensure that the entire service process is transparent and reliable.
We will also exclude long-term auspicious units, workshops, and warehouses, and we will try to screen units with higher conversion rates.

If 46 seats are distributed in the end, the money will be refunded that cannot be distributed. Each building will report the number of floors allocated, for example, from the 18th floor to the 4th floor, at least two photos will be taken for each floor, and the photos will show the glass door, water sign, floor, building name, company name, etc.

Face-to-face delivery stores are mainly aimed at small stores or small chain stores, excluding large corporate stores to ensure that flyers are easier to deliver directly to the person in charge. Some customers need to distribute stores according to specific streets or areas, and customers can specify areas or draw the scope of centralized distribution of leaflets by street name to make promotion more accurate. Flyers can be delivered by the customer by courier, delivered in person to the company, or delivered at Diamond Hill MTR Station.
During the order dispatch process, the team will provide simple answers based on the FAQs provided by the customer, improving the interaction rate and promotion effect. This service is not limited to regions and is suitable for various industries such as real estate, web design, graphic design, oil cards, telecommunications, and online store recruitment suppliers, helping you accurately target your ideal customer groups and improve your advertising effectiveness.

Our fees are mainly based on an hourly wage system, with a minimum of 3 consecutive hours of delivery, and you can try to dispatch once to flexibly meet different needs. Some experienced colleagues can even work for up to 7 hours continuously, maintaining high efficiency and service quality. The final hourly wage will vary depending on the distribution area, manpower needs, whether it involves cross-district, and special requirements (if uniforms, signs, and suburbs are required).
For industrial and commercial buildings, public housing, etc., the fee can be calculated by hourly wage or based on the number of tickets distributed/per block, and can be carried out by the customer in the designated building.

Notice to new employees
- Job requirements: No speed, only diligence and responsibility
- Colleagues who distribute leaflets on the street and in door-to-door are required to bring backpacks or eco-bag leaflets
- Before dispatching the order, please arrive at your destination early and go to the restroom
- If you are late, you have to make up for it
- When distributing leaflets, please take photos to show the flyers and distribution locations
- Please notify the company first and approve it before taking photos at the new location
- If any misconduct is detected, such as dropping flyers, not standing still, or not seeing anyone, you will be notified to leave immediately
- The company should be notified after the dispatch
- For the first distribution, the boss will do simple training, and it is easy to do it if you are willing to learn and listen
- If the boss is not present, it can be distributed quickly or a lot in an unreasonably short period of time, and there is a chance that it will be re-evaluated
